Manifest Your Ultimate Dreams

Are you a dreamer? Do you love to bask in the things that you can create for yourself? 

Maybe you have big goals in mind. Do they feel obtainable or too far away?

By the end of this you will have more ideas on how to manifest your ultimate dreams! 

I have always been a big dreamer, but I’m now just coming around to being a big believer that they’re all possible.

I am now just figuring out how to take control and create my life. I want to pass on the permission to believe you are limitless! 

You are amazing and it is time to truly embody everything that you are. 

Okay, so how do we do this? 

ASK: 

First thing is first, you must ask for what you want. Whether that is asking yourself, others, the universe, or anything/ anyone you want to ask. 

If we never ask the answer is always no. 

My favorite way to “ask” is to pull out my journal. You may need to start with everything that is NOT working to understand what you truly want to call in. Or you might already know exactly what you want. 

Start by writing down everything you want to physically manifest. Don’t leave anything out! Not one single thing! 

SCAN: 

The best way to do this is either in the morning or at night. Scan your energy. Scan your body, mind, and spirit. 

What is in line with your desires? What is NOT in line with your desires? 

Get honest with yourself. 

What needs to be let go of? What needs to shift? 

What is working well? What is feeling good? 

YOGA: 

Always my favorite part! Yoga can help you work with your energy to help you align with what you want to manifest. 

Here’s how it works. 

There are so many tools within yoga that can help you release, shift, pivot, visualize, set intentions, feel, embody, etc. I could probably go on forever here. 

You can also use it to propel or lean into certain areas. 

For example:

If you are feeling unmotivated and sluggish, you can go to a power yoga class to bring in some movement to your being. When you bring in physical movement, it creates a ripple effect. Bringing movement to the mind and spirit. 

This will take some practice and action to figure out how your yoga practice will assist you in manifesting your desires! 

MEDITATION: 

Yoga and meditation go hand in hand. For years I did yoga and stayed far away from meditation. 

Sitting with my eyes closed for a half hour trying to think of nothing. Boring and a waste of time. That was my perception of meditation. 

But eventually, yoga lead me to realize how powerful meditation can be. It is the ultimate manifestation tool that is highly underrated. 

When we meditate thinking nothing isn’t really the goal. Silence, presence, and sitting with everything you are is more of what we are after. 

It can help you gain clarity on what thoughts are serving you and what thoughts you need to stop engaging with. Yes, you have the choice to engage with thoughts or not. 

Mediation will clear out the clutter to help you gain clarity on all situations. As well as connect you deeper with your intuition.

You are more powerful than you even realize. 

LIFESTYLE: 

Mind, body, and spirit, concentrate on all three areas. Which is the point of yoga to create a union with the three of these within your being. 

But when you break them down daily and recognize the patterns within you, it becomes easier to navigate yourself to your desires. 

It will take your yoga off the mat and into a lifestyle. This will allow you to embody the person you are becoming and step into a larger version of yourself. 


Create a lifestyle that you thrive in! 

VISUALIZE:

You can do this at any point in your day. It can be as little as 30 seconds! 
Close your eyes and visualize yourself “as if”. As if you were already living your desires. 

For example:

If you want a certain job. Visualize yourself killing the interview. Signing papers and soaking in your first day.

Visualize everyday and watch everything you’ve imagined unfold. It’s so cool!

MOON PLANNING: 

Did you know you can plan out your goals using the phases of the moon? Yes, it’s a thing and it’s super fun! 

I love looking up into the night sky and seeing the moon waxing or waning and knowing that my desires are also doing the same. 

There is a sense of ease that comes with moon planning. It is easier to trust and enjoy the process. 

STAY PRESENT: 

The most tricky of them all is staying present. You might catch yourself just wanting for things to show up right this second. But trust me the process is the best part. You get to watch things unfold and show up. 

When you stay present and feeling good the process will feel easy. It isn’t supposed to be hard! 

You can let things flow into existence.

Breath is always a simple and fast way to get back into the present moment. 


Manifesting is really fun and you’ll get better at it as you go. At first it’s a good idea to concentrate on the little things. 

This will help you build a little confidence in yourself and then you can start creating bigger and bigger things. 

These tips are only a few things that help propel your dreams towards you. There is so much more for you to do the work on.
